House Calls
If your computer can be repaired on site we offer the following rates:
$30 an Hour with no trip charge for locations within Rowan CountyMinimum of 1 hour charge for any House Call.
In Shop Repairs
Sometimes a computer needs to be taken to the shop to be repaired for example when major parts need to be serviced or a more complete diagnostic needs to be ran. In these situations, you will not be charged until your computer is returned repaired.
Our In Shop Rate is $20/hr
Please note that you may be charged a pick up/drop off fee of $10(Round Trip) to cover our time and expense for pick up and deliever of your computer.
Area CoveredAll of Rowan County, NC is served. We will come out to nearby cities like Concord but an extra charge or minimum time may be imposed depending on your location.
