I have earned my A+ IT Technician Certification, which certifies I know the fundamentals of PC repair and service, general networking skills including wireless networking, and general printer work.
I will be glad to come out to your place of business or home to look at your computer and if needed take it back to my shop to be worked on. I am generally able to come out within 24 hours of a request. During normal business hours in the week I can usually come out within two hours.
